Two Neighborhoods

Dry Canyon is an 80 acre planned unit development on the city’s northwest edge. Split in half the north 40 features a mixed community of single family and mixed family homes with single level or two story options, a 4 acre city park with day time pavilion, large grass field and a perimeter trail. A paved trail meanders through the neighborhood and connects with the popular Dry Canyon trail at the northeast section. House plans range from 1529 square feet up to 2873 square feet.

The south 40 is known as Dry Canyon Village and is an age restricted, gated community. A large clubhouse at it’s center is the gathering place for it’s members and features an indoor saline lap pool, yoga studio, free weights, cardio gym and locker room. Classes will be offered to its members. A covered patio upstairs showcases the full range of the Central Oregon Cascades and Smith Rock State Park, a downstairs patio leads to the 1 acre private community park & pickle ball courts. In addition there are 8 smaller pocket parks connecting 4 miles of paved trails. All homes will be single level, with some ADU options throughout. House plans range from 1331 square feet up to 2584 square feet.
