Curtis Havniear

Project Manager, Development & Construction / Owner Managing Member

From a young age Curtis has been exposed to the construction / real estate development industry. Curtis grew up in a family owned real estate development / commercial and residential construction company in Central Oregon. Curtis has been fortunate to have had the privilege of being surrounded by professionals in this industry at the highest level. Curtis has managed many design build projects over the years. His passion in the industry has leaned more toward the civil side of the industry, so he focused on and became an expert equipment operator and has worked for some of the premier excavation companies on the Northwest. Curtis earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration – management, and has gained years of experience and knowledge in construction management. Curtis is the managing member of Havniear Construction Company LLC (HCC) and a managing member of Dry Canyon NW LLC . Currently HCC is building a large commercial mental health facility campus, and is starting the construction of the new homes in phase one of Dry Canyon Village – gated age restricted community. Curtis is very excited and passionate about providing new homes in this new unique community here in Redmond.

Larry Havniear

Project Manager, Development & Construction / Owner Managing Member

Larry Havniear is an owner/member of Havniear Construction, founding it in 1978 in Bend, Oregon. Larry has focused his career around commercial building and real estate development. Larry’s passion for building has always been the driving force for him. It has always been his goal to produce the finest quality buildings and projects that accurately match the requests and needs of his individual clients. Larry considers it an honor to represent his clients and meet their constructional needs. With over 40 years of experience in Commercial Building and Real Estate Development, Larry has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business. Larry’s business experience extends well beyond the commercial building and land development and he has been involved in a variety of successful business ventures though out his long career.

Tucker Mayberry

Accounting, Sales, Development / Owner Manager Member

Over the last 28 years, Tucker has planned, permitted, and developed over 40 subdivision projects. He has built projects in Redmond, Bend, Prineville, North Dakota and in the Willamette Valley.
The first project he built in Redmond was next door to Dry Canyon and he is happy to be working in the neighborhood again! Through out his career, he has created many relationships with other developers, builders, brokers, real estate lenders, title and escrow companies and other real estate professionals. Tucker has owned his home in Central Oregon for 18 years.

Jon Girod

Project Manager, Development & Construction / Owner Managing Member

Jon started his building company and building career in 1975 managing construction projects throughout Portland Oregon and surrounding metropolitan areas. Jon’s experience includes the construction of hundreds of homes, which included, Street Of Dreams, entry level, custom, production, small commercial, residential remodels and commercial tenant improvements. Moving to Central Oregon in 1993 Jon continued to build homes throughout Bend and surrounding areas.
